Sports specific plans are an amazing way for Elite 82 to making the correct strength and conditioning programmes accessible to all.

Using our app, we offer sports specific strength and conditioning training that is correct for not only the sport but also the age demographic. This is paramount to success.

​

Plans Designed specifically for you your sport, your position or activity


A football or rugby player should not train the same at 17 years of age as he should at 25 or 35 years of age.

​

Likewise for a sprinter the training is different according to distance and age.


Gender is also a key factor in training exercises to enhance success.

​

At Elite 82 we have even gone as far as position specific. i.e. backs, midfielders, wingers etc.

​

Whatever your sport, we have specific strength and conditioning programmes broken into age categories to help all athletes be successful.

Affordable options to train like an elite athlete

This is an affordable option, until you become elite or can afford to have an individual tailored programme. these programmes will help you breakdown that barrier to becoming elite.

​

We offer programmes for football, rugby, athletics (track and field is individualised) lacrosse, swimming, triathlon, marathon and distance runners, hockey, netball, powerlifting and more.

We offer adult and youth rates
​

The programme is minimum 3 month subscription.

​

Every person will get access to the app and can book the advice line or a one off session if they would like to go through anything with Elite 82.

Adults £50 per month

Students and U23s £40 a month

U18s £30 month
